Digital products

Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered or content has been downloaded/streamed.

Technical issues

If you experience problems accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days at support@getme.agency. We will troubleshoot access and, where required by law, provide a remedy which may include replacement access or a refund.

Subscriptions (if offered)

  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing date via your account or by contacting support.
  • Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds (when applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
